At Noura, we want you and your cat to feel comfortable with your purchase. That’s why Noura One™ purchased directly from our official website comes with a 60-Day Home Trial.

60-Day Home Trial

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to try Noura One™ in your home.

If Noura isn’t right for you, contact our customer operations team at:

Please include your order number and the email address used when placing your order. Our team will provide you with the return instructions before you send the product back.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return under our 60-Day Home Trial:

• Noura One™ must be returned with its main components and accessories.

• The unit must not have been intentionally damaged, modified or misused.

• The litter and waste compartments must be fully emptied before return.

• The product must be reasonably cleaned before being shipped back.

• Please do not send a return without first contacting our support team.

Normal signs of use during the Home Trial are acceptable.

Personalised Noura One™

Choosing a body colour, accent ring or adding your cat’s name does not automatically exclude your Noura One™ from the 60-Day Home Trial when purchased directly from our website. The same return conditions above apply.

Return Shipping

For standard Home Trial returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless otherwise agreed by Support.

If your Noura One™ arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Where the issue is confirmed, an appropriate solution will be arranged in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged in transit, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact:

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos where possible

We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next step.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

Original express or upgraded delivery fees, where applicable, are not refundable unless the return is due to an error or confirmed issue on our side.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at:

If your order has not yet entered fulfilment or been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, it will normally need to be handled through our standard return process.

Consumables & Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, opened consumable products such as litter, waste bags or similar accessories may not be eligible for a standalone return unless they are defective or incorrect. This does not affect the eligibility of the Noura One™ itself under the applicable 60-Day Home Trial conditions.

Purchases Made Elsewhere

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through the official website (magnya.fr). Products purchased through Amazon, Noon, another marketplace or third-party retailer are generally subject to that seller’s own return process and policies.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights that customers may have under applicable UAE consumer protection law. UAE consumer protection regulations impose obligations on suppliers regarding defective goods, warranties and remedies, including certain repair, replacement and refund situations.
