1. About Noura & Operating Entity

Noura operates an online store offering automated cat care products, smart accessories, and related pet lifestyle solutions.

The website accessible at magnya.fr and the consumer brand Noura™ are owned, operated, and administered by Magnya. Throughout these Terms, references to "Noura", "Magnya", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Magnya and its commercial brand operations.

Our e-commerce store and digital infrastructure are powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

• You are fully authorized to use the payment method provided.

• Your purchase is strictly for lawful purposes.

Our products are intended to be purchased by adult consumers.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to present Noura products as accurately as possible, including their appearance, technical specifications, dimensions, materials, colours, and functionality.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, display resolution, or lighting conditions. Product images may include lifestyle photography, 3D renderings, or visual demonstrations intended to illustrate product features.

The actual product supplied will conform to the specifications confirmed on the relevant product page and order confirmation. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, minor specifications, accessories, or packaging where necessary for product enhancement.

4. Noura One™ Personalisation

Where offered, Noura One™ may be customized with options such as:

• Body colour

• Accent ring finish

• Your cat's name engraving/print

Please carefully review your selections prior to checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that all personalized text is spelled correctly. We reserve the right to refuse personalization containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing terms.

Where our 60-Day Home Trial applies, selecting available colour options or customizing your cat's name does not exclude your unit from the trial, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Prices & Currency

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout, generally AED for customers located in the United Arab Emirates.

Applicable local taxes, shipping charges, or express options are displayed transparently before payment authorization. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but price modifications will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

• Payment processing failure

• Significant pricing or typographical errors

• Inventory or component availability shortages

• Incomplete or unserviceable delivery addresses

If an order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, a full refund will be issued promptly.

We currently serve customers in the United Arab Emirates, subject to courier delivery coverage.

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are operational estimates. Unforeseen transit delays may occasionally arise due to logistical factors outside our direct control, including courier scheduling, severe weather, public holidays, or regulatory procedures.

9. Promotional Offers & Bundles

Periodically, Noura or Magnya may offer promotional codes, launch bundles, complimentary accessories, or free UAE delivery.

Promotions are subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and defined promotional windows. We reserve the right to modify or conclude promotional campaigns for future orders at our discretion.

10. 60-Day Home Trial

Eligible purchases of Noura One™ made directly on our official website (magnya.fr) include our voluntary 60-Day Home Trial.

The trial period begins on the confirmed delivery date. Full conditions governing the trial, product return requirements, and inspections are detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, damaged units, or order cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

12. Product Use & Safety

Noura products must be operated, powered, assembled, cleaned, and maintained strictly in accordance with the official user instructions.

Customers are responsible for supervising their pet's introduction to automated appliances. Do not attempt to dismantle, alter, or tamper with internal electronic or mechanical components beyond the prescribed maintenance procedures. Keep electrical power units away from water.

13. Animal Acclimatisation

Every cat has an individual temperament and behavioral adjustment pace. Noura provides acclimatisation guidelines to facilitate a smooth transition, but cannot guarantee immediate acceptance by every individual pet.

14. Warranty & Consumer Rights

Where a commercial warranty is specified on the product documentation or product page, the stated terms will apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits or restricts statutory remedies and warranties available under applicable UAE consumer protection regulations.

15. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names (including Noura™ and Noura One™), brand identifiers, visual designs, copywriting, photography, digital renderings, website architecture, and software assets displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Magnya or used under license.

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

16. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the website:
